as you have not mentioned that you belong to which category so I am assuming that you belong to the general (UR) category and you have mentioned that your rank is 6698.
although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.
but looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, I can say that you might not get a seat in first 3-4 online rounds, but you have a good chance of getting a seat in offline rounds(sliding round)
offline counseling rounds will help you to get addmission in a good college.
for the offline round, you have to visit university campus (i.e USICT Dwarka)

Hello the first cutoff will be released in this month on the website of GGSIPU keep checking their website i.e https://www.ipu.ac.in and choice filling would be done before the cutoff is released.
You can always edit your choices after each round of counselling is over.

From the data of last year, it will nort be possble for you to get admisssion in any top NLUs, But you can apply any good private college in Delhi or out of delhi, you can easily get any private college, Just wait for counselling.
