You can get admission in IPU but it would be more clear if you could atleast specify your course for which you gave the entrance.

You can also check last year cutoff on GGSIPU official website for getting a clear idea and further

Your IPU CET rank 2600 for Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication is quite good , so your eligible to get admission in IPU. Some of colleges offering admission under rank 2600 are as follow

It is very difficult to get a seat in any medical college of IPU, Delhi. Even with a reserved category like SC , it is not possible because according to previous year's cutoff , the lowest cutoff for IPU , Delhi was 508 for Dr. BSA Medical College

As per last year cutoff rank records you are not eligible for IPU MBBS as IPU offers 85% inside Delhi quota and 15% outsiders quota.
