Since the merit list of IPU will be declared in the second week of august 2019, according to previous year cut-offs and trends with a score of 564 you can get a MBBS seat in IPU in state quota but in all india quota you require 650+ marks.

yes you may get admission in maharaja surajmal. you may not get admission in the morning shift but will get admission in the evening shift.

also, you may not get maharaja surajmal in the first round of councelling so wait patiently for the subsequent rounds of councelling.
