The IP University conducts it's own entrance examination to provide the architecture seats to the students. Direct admissions also will be given to candidate with merit background in any state and national examinations. NATA score and 12th standard marks will also be considered and taken into account for

BA English honours good colleges in IPU are Agra college Agra,Lady Shri Ram College for Women , New Delhi,St. Stephen's College, New Delhi,Loyola College, Chennai ,Miranda House, New Delhi, Hindu College, New Delhi,Fergusson College, Pune,Madras Christian College, Madras University.

Yes according to your score of IPU, you can get the admission there and being the outside delhi student does not affect much. But I suggest you that you go for a counselling round where you can ensure yourself that you will bw getting the seat in IPU.

I am sorry to inform you but getting admission into a good college at IPUniversity requires a rank below 5000. It's difficult to get a college at 16000 rank but you can try for the low ranking private colleges to see if you have a chance there. Though
