Yes, it is surely possible to fill the BArch form now, as GGSIPU offers different CET exams for different discipline like BTech, BSc, BA, etc.
So you have to fill a different form for each one you wish to apply and pay the amount for all the forms

Yes, JEE Mains is compulsory for getting admission in B.Tech IT in IPU.

From this current year i.e. 2019, IPU will take admission for B.Tech on the basis of JEE Mains score except for B.Tech Biotechnology. No IPU-CET will be conducted for these courses.

Dear Ubaid, GGS IPU MBBS registration form has no correction window which means you may have to fill in a new application form and that means another payment. So we would suggest you to wait until 2nd week of June tentatively because that is when NEET results will be announced.
