As far as I have read from the sources, IP University is now accepting CAT scores and the aspirants have the choice to not give the cet if they don't want to. But the downside to this news is that, this is only applicable for a few colleges

IPU CET 2019 Application Form will be available at the official website i.e. ipu.ac.in  from 1st week of April 2019. For BBA last date to fill the form would be May 1, 2019.

No, GGSIPU doesnot accept MAT score for MBA Course . They accept only CET results conducted by university for admission. So if you want to take admission in GGSIPU for MBA you need to clear IPU-CET 2019 entrance exam conducted by university .
