Counselling sessions are conducted online, where you need to freeze your alloted seat and do payment.
After that on a respective date you need to go college for certificate verification.
Both collegea are good and have good scope, you can go for any one of them which you want.
Both have good faculty and placement cell.
To predict this is very difficult because mostly seats of colleges are full and the record is with management which is generally not disclosed.

If you ar satisfies by the college you have got in IPU then you should opt in for IPU as their faculty and extra curriculars are commendable but in case you think that Uksee would be better for you then do not opt for IPU.
