Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has started the IP University 2018 Counselling process from June 24, 2018. The last date for the choice filling has been extended to June 27, 2018. The Counselling of IP University 2018 will be held online for some programmes and offline for
maximum cutoff for other state + general category after 3 round of counseling was around 2000 last year,
So there are almost no. Chance for you to get admission in any college of IPU.

yes there are chances of getting admissionin vmmc . as your rank is quite decent. you can get seat in any of teh college. all the best have a great future ahead.
According it my view, it will be harder for you to secure a seat in normal rounds of counselling.
As Outside Delhi students have only 15% seats for admission it becomes very harder to secure a seat.
But there are chances for you to secure a seat in Spot Round
