I suggest you fill some more. In case the choices are less and you do not get any college in first round then you won't be considered further.

Whereas somebody who has filled a lot of choices will surely get a college, good/bad doesn't matter but

Considering you to be general and the previous year cutoffs , you have no chances of getting a seat in CSE in USICT . As , last year the cutoff rank was 250 for same and if seen from the trends it will not vary the required much. Still ,
