All the NITs and IITs have different placement statistics.

For example NIT JSR is not a top NIT but the placement of NIT JSR is awesome and better than some top NITs.

So average package of:

• NITs - 6 to 9 lakhs
• IITs- 12 to 16 lakhs
• IP

There aren't many options for sikh minority quota in specific. There is GTBIT which is under IPU, where you can get a concession. Go ahead and try for it.
