if you belong to Delhi then you can almost get a seat in IPU CET college.

if you outside Delhi, then also get a seat in college like JIMS, Mahaveer Swami institute etc.

Yes sanjeev you have chances of getting into hmr institue such as in eee ece branches but as per my knowledge you will get second shift so you have to look for shifts for the branches you need.

You have to pay a registration fee to be eligible for the admission through cutoff. Then you have to select the branches and colleges as per your interest. Then you have to wait for the cutoff.

according to your rank, there is no chance in IPU as you are not from delhi. still you can try in other colleges and focus on other entrance examinations.
