You can try getting admission in the following colleges for Psychology:

1. Jamia Milia Islamia
2. Amity University
3. Ambedkar University
4. Delhi University

If you're talking about Psychology honors, then let me tell you that IP University does not offer this course. You can try in DU,  JMI or any private university for your under graduate. Although IP University does offer M.Phil in Clinical Psychology you must confused yourself with it
