For Homeopathy, around 480+ marks is required in NEET. So for general category candidates, 50th percentile is required. For ST/OBC/SC candidates 40th percentile is required. So for last year, the corresponding marks for, 40th percentile was 133-107. So for 50th percentile, the corresponding score was between 701-134.

The NEET cutoffs have gone up this year, and the cutoffs are decided usually by factors like number of seats available, number of applicants, the difficulty level of the paper, highest marks secured , the rank you secure etc, . Since you have not mentioned your state ,

Yes with the above mentioned marks there are chances that you can get seat in homeopathy or Ayurvedic medical college.
Since the cut off for Ayurveda with the reference to last year is 400+ which is not up to the mark for you but taking homeopathy into consideration
