BCD category exists in states such as Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Hence, I am listing below the cut off for BHMS course in government colleges-

ANDHRA PRADESH- AU region- 374

SVU region- 400 marks

TELANGANA- 414

As you can see the cut off is much higher than your marks scored in NEET. With these marks, it will be quite difficult for you to get a government seat. Ranks and cut off's vary every year depending on various factors such as difficulty level of paper, number of students who attempted the paper and so on.

However, with reservation too, the cut off rarely goes beyond 300. You can still apply for government colleges to try your luck. If not, try for management quota seats in the following private colleges in Andhra Pradesh as their cut off usually reaches ranks near 3 lakh (as per last year)-
