You cannot get any NIT or other government college at this rank. But may you will be qualified for jee advance. You can also try for other competitive exams like bits pilani, viitte, kiit, manipal sikkim or other exams. These are also a good colleges. So work hard for them. Best of luck.

1) IIIT Hyderabad is the best among all the IIIT's and can be compared to IIT's. It was the first IIIT established. 

2) IIIT Allahabad comes next. It was established after IIIT Hyderabad. It offers B.Tech in IT. It can be regarded as one of the best institutes to offer an undergraduate course in B.Tech IT. If you don't get Hyderabad, Allahabad could be the option for you. Placement is great.

3) IIIT Bangalore is a fast frowing successful institute, hence ranked next.

although you didn't mention any query i think you want to know why you haven't alloted a seat according to the cutoff.

reason is no matter what is the cutoff ,the students which actually get the admission have much less rank like that in you case irrespective of the fact that you have much lesser rank, you are not getting seat since students with better rank might have got the seat in this college .

Dayananda sagar engineering college is a good college but you should not prefer it over IIT as it may not seem that much better today but in next years, you will notice a significant change.

It is better to join iiit for everyone in terms of placement because it is one of the top colleges of India and the other thing is that it's placement record is very good.so I think that you have to go for iiit.
