Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in the preferred IIITs. According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you have very low chances to get the IIIT Dharwad with CSE as per previous year's cut-offs on such rank even in CSAB special round 2 but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
