Selection process in irma ?

The selection procedure of IRMASAT 2018 is a three-step process followed by IRMASAT. For the Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) aspirants, appearing forCATorXATfollowed by IRMA Social Awareness Test (IRMASAT) are the first two steps of the selection procedure. Based on their performance, IRMA will shortlist candidates fulfilling the IRMASAT cutoff. In the third and final step of the IRMASAT 2018 selection process, shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Group Activities (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Institute of Rural Management Anand will announce the list of shortlisted candidates by the fourth week of February, 2018. The final merit list ofIRMASATwill be tentatively announced in the fourth week of March, 2018.

Your academic scores are on a lower side and you need to get a good percentile to cover it. It is better if you start at the earliest and prepare thoroughly.

Your chances of your conversion depends on various parameters. Even getting a 100 percentile cannot ensure your selection in any of the IIMs. You need to appear for the WAT and PI process and excel there as well. It also depends on your academics and work experience and there are points for gender and academic diversity. CAT score is about 30-40% of your total score for the final selection. Hence give your best in CAT and then prepare for interviews and ace it. All the best!
