becoming a biomedical Engineer is very tough job.
Bioengineers and biomedical engineers frequently work in research and development or in quality assurance. Bioengineers and biomedical engineers typically need a bachelor's degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related engineering field. Some positions require a graduate degree.
It typically takes four years of education and two years of work experience to become a biomedical engineer. This usually covers the time it takes to earn a bachelor's and either gain a master's degree or work experience in the field
To become a biomedical engineer, a good degree in a relevant subject such as biomedical engineering, biomedical science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or physics is required. Postgraduate qualifications can be beneficial (particularly for non-engineering graduates), and may be necessary for some posts
To get to be a Biomedical Engineer, one has to undergo thorough studies and rigorous training to acquire the vital skill critical in serving societal needs.
A biomedical engineering major uses science and engineering techniques to find innovative solutions to issues in medicine and biology. Students learn about ethics and how to account for economic, social, global and environmental factors in their problem-solving. it is a good carrier option.
Basic Eligibility is Minimum required marks in class 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
hope this is helpful for you
all the very best for your upcoming future
Hi Candidiate.
Below is a table for KCET cutoffs for various institutes.
For expert guidance from Careers360 , refer here, https://www.careers360.com/btech-companion/order-summary?icn=companion_order_summary&ici=companion_btech_dashboard
[Note: These are predictions from previous years' data. This year's cutoffs have not been released yet.]
[Cutoffs and ranks depend on various factors like:
Yes, definitely! No matter what degree you have, it's unlikely. It's one of the careers with the highest oversupply since so many individuals want to work in it yet there are so few actual openings. It is referred to as the "CSI effect."
However, Biomed and Biochem would both give you a wide range of employment alternatives, especially Biochem, which is the harder and, from what I can tell, less enjoyable degree (there are no opportunities that a Biomed can acquire that a Biochem cannot, but the opposite is not true). A more focused field would be medicinal chemistry.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
