i scored 82% in 12th board.can i get government law college in tamil nadu

Previa Gayu 11th Jun, 2025

Scoring eighty two percent in the class twelve board exam you are eligible to apply for five year law programmes offered in government law colleges in Tamil Nadu The government law colleges fall under the Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University The general eligibility for five year integrated law programmes is a minimum of seventy percent for open category candidates and for reserved categories sixty percent Consequently your score of eighty two percent exceeds the threshold and you can participate in the counselling process There are around fifteen affiliated government colleges in the state including Chennai Madurai Coimbatore Tiruchirapalli Tirunelveli Chengalpattu Vellore Dharmapuri and Villupuram In addition there is the School of Excellence in Law affiliated to TNDALU and seats in that college are also offered based on merit Candidates are ranked purely on class twelve marks in four subjects excluding language papers Admission is through online counselling Based on your score you stand a strong chance of securing a seat in one of the government law colleges in Tamil Nadu

Can I get law clg for bba llb 5 years on 57%tile?

lisa 6th Jun, 2025

It's difficult to say definitively whether a 57%ile score guarantees admission to a BBA LLB 5-year program. Admission to law colleges, especially for BBA LLB programs, is usually competitive. While your Class 12 score of 45-50% might be the minimum requirement, many institutions also consider scores on law entrance exams like CLAT.

can I get admission in ils if I got 42 percentile in mhcet law 2025

Sudip Patra 10th Jul, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Unfortunately, with a 42 percentile in MHCET Law 2025, admission to ILS Pune is highly unlikely.

Here's why:

For the 5-year BA LLB program, the closing percentile for open (General) category candidates has consistently been around 97–99+ percentile, even in later CAP rounds .

Expected cutoffs for 2025 remain in the mid-to-high 90 percentile or both Maharashtra and Outside Maharashtra applicants  .

With a score in the low 40 percentile, you're well below the cutoffs required for General category seats.

12th hsc 68 percentage and MAh cet 23 percentile admission to lower cutoff law college and lower fees in maharashtra pune

Rahul Mandal 26th Sep, 2025

Hello,

With your 12th HSC score (around 68%, though this isn't directly used for admission to law courses) and MH-CET Law 2023 percentile of 23, you might find admission into some private or semi-government law colleges in Pune, but still, securing a spot in a top government college is difficult.

I hope it will clear your query!!
