Hello, MH CET LAW exam is one of the famous law entrance exam for the seekers. This exam consists of the pattern like 150 question of one marks each in which total duration of the exam is 2 hours and there is no negative marking in this examination. This exam consists of 5 sections namely Logical Reasoning And Legal Aptitude, General Knowledge, Verbal Ability, Mathematics and Logical and Analytical Reasoning. If we go with section wise than i am going to start with mathematics which consists of 10 questions which is ideally moderate in which a student can score in between 6-8 which is good for best result. Coming to next section logical and analytical reasoning which consists of 40 questions which is quiet difficult and time consuming. If a candidate is scoring 20+ in this section than it is good to grab a seat. Verbal Ability which consists of 30 questions which is easy to moderate and a student can score 24+ in this section. In General Knowledge the total number of question will be 30 and a student have to score 23+ in this section. Now talking about legal aptitude nad legal reasoning in which total number of questions are 40 and a student can easily score 32+ in this section.
I we talk about the overall than a candidate have to score 105+ than he/she can easily grab a seat in top law colleges of the Maharastra.
All The Very Best
Hey Sarah.
The cut off for admission in Government Law College, Mumbai and in Indian Legal Society, Puen in the previous year has been really high owing to them being the top most colleges under MHCET Law. The cut off marks for admission in GLC Mumbai were a range of 110- 130 in the previous year and in ILS Pune were in a range of 105-130. Hence with a score of 99 you don't seem to have much chances.
Best of luck.
