As per your requirement, i would say that as per your marks 144 in neet exam mentioned above, it is quite not possible to get admission in any course or even bums as your markd are not enough to fetch you a seat.
Getting a seat in government medical
Your rank is really appreciable.
As per previous year the cut off marks for MCA at SPPU was between 51-114 depending on your rank.
You can definitely get a seat at SPPU.
