SYLLABUS:
MH CET exams are solely based on 12th board syllabus of physics, chemistry and biology while NEET in addition to 12th board's syllabus has a vast curriculum. If you are prepared thoroughly for NEET then you can easily appear in an exam like MH CET. The key to good rank and score is revision not one not twice but many times.
Some important topics for MH CET are mentioned below:
1. The living world.
2. Biological classifications.

NEET: 180 questions of 4 marks each which totals to 720 marks.
MH CET: 200 questions of 1 mark each which totals to 200 marks.
In comparison to the difficulty level in both the examinations then undoubtedly NEET is much more tougher than MH CET. The difficulty level of NEET is 35% more then MH CET. Also if you aim for NEET then you can surely qualify CET. Hi Mahesh, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of test takers, number of seats available, difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the previous year cutoffs, there are high chances for Welingkar as their cutoff is around 97 percentile. The chances for Sydneham is like having good to better chances, but it is not having high chances for this percentile.
