Candidates belonging to the Maharashtra state only shall be eligible for reservation. As per the reservation criteria, 90 percent seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the OBC category.

As of now there has only been speculations about the cancellation of the exam. However no official announcement has been made so I would suggest that you should keep on preparing for the same. The forms are most likely to be available by the third week of January.
