Yes very good for all private colleges under OBC category however average chances for Government colleges in OBC category. Entire cutoff will depend on quota, category and collegr.

A Candidate belonging to OBC Category need to upload the scanned copy of creamy / non creamy layer certificate which need to show during document verification process whenever you apply for any college or during GD PI process .

It is one of the toughest to crack and hence cannot be compared to MAH CET

yes the preference ranking does matter as you need to fill colleges according to the wants and likes of yours

you cannot fill them up randomly as it will affect the outcome definitely
