Sagar, you have far better percentile in MAT and CMAT than in MAH-CET through which you can get much better college. I will recommend applying to colleges through MAT and CMAT score only. Being an open category and less percentile in MAH-CET won't fetch you any good college.
With 87 percentile in CMAT and 97.22 percentile in MAT, you can get admission in some of the top colleges mentioned below.
I would recommend you to look forward to getting admission in a college through your CMAT score because with CMAT score you can even get colleges like welingkar which is impossible with your CET score.

Subhanka you don't need to register for any college separately. Only the candidates applying to institute level/minority seat needs to apply directly to the institute otherwise all the students will be allotted seat with the 4 CAP rounds.
