Hi
According to the exam pattern of MAH CET 2018, the test is divided into sections namely, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Ability. The body that conducts the MAH CET examination, DTE Maharashtra, does not provide any official syllabus for MAH CET. However, Careers360 has equipped this article with the section wise MAH CET syllabus 2018 based on the previous year’s analysis sample questions released by DTE.

Sumit I am sorry to say you won't be able to get admission in XIMR according to last year cut-off which was 93.205 percentile much higher than your score but with your 87.03 percentile in open category you have a good chance of getting admission in the following top colleges:
Congrats Yash for your wonderful score of 93.14 percentile in MAH-CET exam!!
With your 93.14 percentile, you have a 50-50 chance to get PUMBA as it's last year cut-off was 93.739 percentile which is very close to your score and even to see this you will need to wait till the final round of CAP.
With your such a high percentile you also have a high probability of getting admission in top b-schools like:
Dear Yashodeep,
You can apply to the Maharashtra Institute of Technology with this score.
You can also apply to schools such as -
Kohinoor Business School, Viva Inst of Mgmt, Mumbai Institute of Management.
However since you belong to SC category i would advice you to score about 80 percentile in CAT next year you will surely get a much better school.
ALl the best.
First of all congrats Parag for scoring such a high percentile of 94.3 in MAH-CET exam!!
PUMBA is a pretty good college which runs 2-year full-time MBA program at a low fee of Rs. 1.33 lakh and according to last year placement record the average placement offered was Rs. 5.27 lakhs per annum and highest package offered was Rs. 8.4 lakhs per annum.
Some of the Companies / Recruiters who visited the campus are:
Abbot, ACC Limited, AVIVA, Axis Bank, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Cummins, eClerx, Ernst & Young, Fiserv, Glenmark Pharma, HDFC Bank, ICICI, Infosys, Kirloskar, Kotak Securities, LG Electronics, Marriott hotels, Novartis, ONGC, Pfizer, RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), Religare SYNTEL, TCS
It's an overall good college with a good ROI so you can go for it but if you trust yourself and have confidence on yourself that with 1 more year preparation you can score even way more high not only in CET but also in the other exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT so that you can end up with much better college then you can think of retest which is risky but always a better option.
So, it's totally your personal decision. PUMBA is no doubt a good college but do you believe yourself or not and do you want to get something better in your career then re-test.
