Manu , In 2019, under State Quota, 487 marks secured a seat in Ashwini Rural Medical College under Regional OBC Quota. That was the cut off. And 497 marks secured a seat in Sinhgad Technical Education Societys Smt Kashibai Navale Medical College  under State Quota. This is 2019 data. And

this year 70-30 quota has been removed in maharashtra ? how will it affect the cuttoff this year for MBBS maharashtra ( SPECIFICALLY MUMBAI ) ? will it make a huge difference?

All this while, Maharashtra had 70-3- Regional and State reservations. The State Quota seats were filled divided into 70% Regional quota and 30% State Quota. If you have a domicile of Maharashtra, then you are eligible for the state quota seats in Maharashtra.

Since you have just given HSC from Karnataka, you will be eligible for state quota seats in Karnataka if either of your parents have studied in Karnataka for a minimum period
