This year the minimum qualifying marks that were required by an OBC category candidate was 113 and as we can see you just qualified Neet so it will be not possible for you to get admission even under management quota because this year cutoff have increased alot.
You have not mention your category dear student the qualifying cut off for the students of different categories are-

UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
If you belong from general category or EWS-PWD category that means you have not even qualified

In your question, you haven't clearly mentioned which competitive exam you are talking about. In case it is JEE Mains then your CRL rank is too low to avail seats in the deemed government or private Engineering colleges, even if you avail state quota, the chances are still
