sir will I get mbbs college in 320 marks sc category in state maharashtra

rajeevanand843 1st Aug, 2022

Dear aspirant

Maharashtra state quota counseling cut off marks for SC category in neet 2021 was AIR 114361 and 468 marks and college allotted was GMC, sindhudurg while in neet 2020 cut off marks for SC category was AIR 106288 and 477 marks for GMC, nandurbar.

After comparing your marks with last year cut off marks you almost lag behind by 150 marks so there is almost rare chances of you to get govt medical College in Maharashtra state quota counseling. Even private medical colleges will also hard to get at this marks.

You can only get deemed medical College for MBBS in AIQ counseling.

I get 94.28 percentile in jeemain exam 2022 i belong to obc- ncl female candidate and Domicile in Maharashtra state can i get cse branch in nit? please guide me

jhasuyash006 31st Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Congratulations for your result. 94.28 percentile is a good score. Before predicting anything first we need to calculate the exact rank. It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank as the trends changes every year because it depends on many factors like number of students appeared, shift, toughness, etc.

But we can predict your result based on the previous trends. With 94.28 percentile your CRL-AIR will be around 58516 - 65780 and your OBC rank will be around 7300. You can verify your rank by using our rank predictor tool which is given below:

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

In order to get a seat in NITs, you need to score at least 3k - 4k OBC rank as per past year trends to get a CSE seat.

Thus, with 94.28 percentile, chances are very low for NITs but yes you can try for special rounds.

If you want to check the list of colleges for which you are eligible, you can go through our college predictor link which is given below:

which board is preferred for 11th and 12th if I am a neet aspirant and have an external coaching?? CBSE or Maharashtra State board???

Sevit Kar 30th Jul, 2022

Hello,

I would suggest you to join CBSE board as NEET is a national level entrance examination for the admission to all the reputed Institutes all over India.

In addition to these CBSE follows NCERT syllabus which is also followed by the NEET examination. Sometimes direct questions comes from NCERT textbooks. So you would have an edge as compared to icse or non cbse boards .

And in addition to this also opt for coaching for sure because they would teach you about the level of the questions and the importance of the NEET examination. There will be mock tests conducted by the coaching which will make you comfortable with time management and accuracy.

my expected neet 2022 score is516 marks and I am obc ncl category can I get gov.mbbs or semi gov.mbbs in maharashtra state quota

Aakanksha 30th Jul, 2022
Hi aspirant
At this score, you really have almost zero chances of admission to government medical/dental colleges of your state.
You can expect your rank to be around 84k-85k as it was in NEET 2021.
However this may vary according to the cut off this year.
Uou can predict your rank using our rank predictor with the following link.
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

You can also predict your college using our college predictor with the following link.
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
Now, the closing ranks for the colleges of Maharashtra for OBC category remained in between 15k-18k in NEET 2021.
You can opt for admission to private medical colleges under the deemed/paid seats quota of Maharashtra state.
Some of the colleges are:
Prakash Institute of Medical Science& research, Samgli
Smt Kashibai Navale medical college, Pune
K. J Somaiya Medical college, Sion, Mumbai
N. K. P salne Institute of medical science, Nagpur
MAEER'S M. I. M. E. R Medical college, Pune.

You can get a detailed information about the colleges using the following link.

my neet score expected 516 marks in2022 can I get gov.mbbs or semi gov mbbs in maharashtra state quato

rajeevanand843 29th Jul, 2022

Dear aspirant

At your expected marks you don't have much chance in AIQ counseling as if we see trends from last two year then cut off marks are 600+ marks for Gen category to get govt MBBS college.

Now if i talk about Maharashtra state quota counseling then neet 2021 cut off marks for Gen category was 557 marks in GMC, gondia after completion of all round. Further in 2020 cut off marks was  571 marks for Gen category in GMC, nandurbar.

You lag behind almost 40-50 marks if we see last two year trends so it's hard to get you govt or semi government MBBS college in Maharashtra state.

ALthough if wee see last two year cutoff marks for govt dental college then it was 490 marks in neet 2021 and 508 marks in Neet 2020. So you have very good chances to get govt dental college in Maharashtra state quota counseling.

you may also get private medical colleges in Maharashtra state quota counseling at your expected marks.
