Congrats for your score. Since you are going through the open category, and you also have 500+ (530), you have good chances of getting a government medical seat. So, shoot your shot.  But in case you didn't get to some issues, you must go for a private college. So,

You have not mentioned your category. It is really difficult to predict without knowing category as cutoff vary for each category. However, assuming you belong to general category, your chances of getting a government seat for BAMS or BDS is very less, as cutoff are increasing this year

Leena, in 2019, this score secured a seat in Government Aurvedic Colleges. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
