Even if your category comes under central list and you have the certificate issued by the state, it is not valid for the admission at the ALL INDIA LEVEL.

There is no such thing as sanctioning your caste certificate from central government. All the category certificates are issued by the block department of a particular state. So don't worry the OBC certificate from Maharashtra state will be valid and it won't be a problem at time of NEET
