Your overall rank and  percentile is good. You could definitely get admission into  NIT or IIIT based on these and of your choice.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such
