In 2019 the cut off in round 7 was 100 for General PWD category to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in VNIT, Nagpur. Considering this it is difficult to get seat in CSE general pwd rank 706. Cut off may slightly change depending on number of candidates qualified,

As you have not mentioned your category that's why it would be little tough to predict you anything but here i am assuming your general category so with general category you have little chances to get government colleges but if you belong from any other category

You haven't mentioned your category but if you are from OBC, SC , ST or any other category then no need to worry you will definitely get a government seat . As you haven't mentioned your category I am assuming you as an open candidate it looks
