Hi , in order to get eligible to write in NEET UG exam you need to score a minimum of 40% as per your mentioned category, which is an aggregate marks of physics , chemistry and biology together in your 10+2 with physics chemistry biology and English as your core

If you want a good course without giving NEET then you should choose Agriculture and Allied science as well as nursing , pharmacy on basis of your 12th mark. But if you want to join Agriculture and Allied science you have to appear AIEEs which is conducted by
