i think you can get a seat in dtu as per you category rank . however cutoffs can vary year to year so cannot be predicted exactly .i am saying this as per the last year cutoffs .you can also watchout for NSIT which is equivalently good .you

Sorry to say but you cannot apply for home state reservation as for that one needs to complete their 10th as well as 12th from the maharashtra state only then they can be considered as home state students .

Although you can get many other options like PICT,VIT,VIIT etc
