Yes, each state has reservations wards of defence personnel. And the percentage of reservations In Maharashtra is 1% for wards defence personnel in Maharashtra. So 1% seats out of all seats under 85% state quota is reserved for wards of defence personnel and ex-service men.

see private medical colleges donot participate in  all india counselling process, however karnataka is a open state and candidates from other state may participate in karnataka neet counselling. however you may also go for management quota admission in private medical colleges, but fees may varies year to year and
