You belong to obc ncl or obc cl i. e creamy layer?
OBC cl i.e obc creamy layer candidates are those whose parents annual income is more than 8 lakhs per annum and they are not eligible for reservation
obc ncl i. e Obc non creamy layer are those candidates whose parents annual income is less than 8 lakh per annum and they are eligible for reservation
So, if you are obc creamy layer then while filling the Neet application form you must choose general as your category.
If you belong to obc ncl,
Then while filling neet application, yes, you need to upload obc ncl certificate.
And you are eligible for selecting obc ncl in neet application form only if :-
You are in the central list of obc ncl . Central list :- http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
Your obc ncl certificate is issued on or after 1st january 2022
Your obc ncl ertificate is in the format prescribed by NTA
it is issued by any of the competent authorities provided below :-

If you don't have OBC ncl certificate, still you can choose obc ncl as your category by filling Self declaration in the lie of obc ncl certificate which is on page number 100 of neet 2022 information brochure.

From this year admission to various UG courses offered by colleges affiliated to Delhi University will be taken only through Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET). SRCC is a college affiliated to Delhi University so admission to B.Com (//B.Com) . course offered by SRCC will also be taken through CUCET only not on the basis of class 12th percentage but yes to be eligible for CUCET you need to have class 12th percentage as per the eligibility criteria for B.Com (//B.Com) . course which will be released today along with the CUCET 202 application form by National Testing Agency.
