Marks
Hello,
For BC category students, the minimum qualifying marks in NMMS are usually 40% in both MAT and SAT papers (each). However, some states may have slightly different cutoffs, so it is best to check your state’s NMMS notification for exact details.

Hope it helps.
With 126 marks in NEET, your best options for BAMS admission are likely private colleges or potentially some reserved category government colleges, as the cutoff for government colleges is generally higher. Your preference list should prioritize the colleges with the lowest cutoffs in your specific category.
I hope it will clear your query!!

hey,
For a free seat, you have to obtain a very high rank if you want to secure admission into the top NITs. But the score also depends on the exam, and it varies each year. If you are preparing for JEE Mains, you would need around 95+ percentile, which is around 160-166+ marks, and if you are preparing for NEET, the score is much higher, around 500 or more.
Hope it helps!!!
With 230 marks in NEET UG 2025, getting into a private college is possible, though options will be limited to those with management quotas and will be more affordable colleges. Some of the colleges are
Hello Satyam,
With 400 marks in NEET , getting a government medical college under the SC category in 2025 is very uncertain .
Here’s a clear summary:
The minimum qualifying marks for SC is much lower, so 400 is enough to pass.
But for actual admission in government colleges , 400 marks is generally below the safe range .
Most SC students get government seats with around 450+ marks , though in rare cases, a few seats may be available with 400.
Cutoffs also vary by state and college , so chances depend on where you apply.
So, 400 marks might give a small chance in some states, but it is not a reliable score for getting a government medical college seat. Aim to score higher to improve your chances.
Hope it helps !
In Class 9 under the SCERT (State Board) system, a student needs 33% marks in each subject to pass.
That means:
Out of 100 marks, you must score at least 33 marks in every subject.
In subjects with theory and practical parts, you need to pass both parts separately .
So, to pass Class 9, make sure you score 33% or more in all subjects .
In this exam, B.Arch and B.Planning are usually treated as separate sections even if the paper is conducted together. So:
Marks for B.Arch (drawing, maths, etc.) are counted separately.
Marks for B.Planning are also counted separately.
Focusing more on B.Arch and less on Planning won’t reduce your B.Arch score , but your B.Planning score may be low. Your overall rank may be affected if both scores are considered for a combined merit, depending on the admission rules of the institute.
