First of it is better to apply for the state quota rather than applying for the all India quota. Because you will have a more scope for getting an admission through state quota. Give second preference for the all India quota as it will have more competition.

In Bihar the private colleges does not have any government quota seats in their respective colleges.
Seats are just self financing private seats for admission if alloted a particular college during counselliy.
Government quota seats are only there in the government medical and dental colleges of Bihar.
