my caste rank is 10300, female, home state Assam. Is there any chance of getting NIT Silchar, any branch??

Since you have not mentioned your category so it is not possible to predict your admission chances without knowing your category as the cut-offs are different for different categories.

So kindly mention the category for which, the category rank you have mentioned.
