Going by the last year's closing rank data, there are slight chances that you may get Accessory Design at NIFT Delhi. As you belong to OBC NCL category, there will be reservation of 27% of the total seats.

I would advise u to attend the counselling. you will not be able to get one of the top 5 centers but the centres like Kannaur, Kangra, Rae Barelli etc could be in ur reach.
