There is no chance of yours getting into NIT considering the 2017 statistics but no one w

knows what will happen this year so do attend the counselling and check out the cut-offs.

The application or registration schedule varies college & university wise as there is no generic exam available for the same so please share which one you are asking for.

Did not understand If you are talking about the entrance exam paper or an internal subject paper. In both cases, you can contact the concerned authority (registrar/course coordinator) and place a request.
