At a rank of above 45000 in jee mains 2018 you can not expect of getting admission in any NIT or IIIT until you are a student of general category.But you can still try till last round and if the seat remains vaccant then you can get admission tin

Sorry to say but you didn't scored enough to get seat in NIT as the cut offs for NITs for any branch is very high as compared to other colleges If we have a look on previous year cut off in general you need to score below 50k to get

Chances are very low for NIT Mizoram. If you dont belong to home state quota then answer is No. You cant get NIT Mizoram with this rank. Rank 39,000 was cutoff rank in previous year
