At first let me tell you NEET does not have any criteria for NCC. NCC comes under the Ministry of Defence. Neet conducts admission on the basis of categories that is state quota, category quota and  PWD quota. According to that you can check under state quota and I

Sruthi, it totally depends on the State and Category you belong to. And NCC Certificate is valid only in State Counselling and not in All India Counselling. There is 1% reservation for NCC in most States. So if you belong to General Category, a score of 300 might not help.
