Hello aspirant, according to 2019 cut off neet list for government mbbs list is between 119-107 for sc category. Your marks are low but the cut off depends on the highest score of 2020 . You should wait till the last round. The cut off also depends on the level

The omr  sheet   filled by you in your Neet examination is evaluated to calculate your score opened by you in NEET examination.
And usually a soft copy of your omr sheet is kept for future purposes, you can call it  as office copy too.

It is quite difficult to get the government medical seat from all india quota at your marks. But as students who have scored quite good like 500+ can get the government medical seat from your state level councelling.

Normally in himachal pradesh the cut off goes quite low
