Yes, you can repeat class 12th in Science stream. The eligibility criteria to appear for NEET UG is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry for SC/ST.OBC
