Both the entrance exams are hugely different.

JEE Main is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various undergraduate engineering and architecture courses in NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs.

On the other hand the NEET exam is an entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical courses
