As of now, there's no upper age limit for NEET, as long as qualify the following criteria you're eligible t apply for NEET:
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, having Biology as an additional too counts here.

There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, it is your choice to take your admit card in black and white or in colour , when you take print in colour the details in the admit card will visible clearly. So
