here's what you should keep in mind-

• female candidates are advised to wear half sleeve t-shirts/shirts/kurta
• Long sleeves and fancy sleeves clothing is not permitted
• Clothing should be simple and should not have elaborate embroidery, buttons, frills, etc.

• Printout of NEET admit card and the undertaking properly filled.

• One or two passport size photographs (as same as uploaded on NEET application form)

• An Original valid ID proof. It can be Aadhaar card or PAN Card or Ration

Photocopy of aadhar card may not be considered as valid.So, to avoid risk please take another valid id proofs such as passport, driving license, voter's id or PAN card. So make sure that you take a passport size photo same as in the admit card.

Basically in NEET 2020 you neet to dress as simple as possible. Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes which have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET 2020 dress code.
