Hi Dear,

Yes, You can still appear for NEET exam even if you have entered wrong percentage in your NEET application form. Also since the your 12th marks do not have any influence in your MBBS seat, hence there's no problem as such. You can sit for the NEET exam.

marks adding 59+62+55 respectively, your total is 176 and aggregate comes up to 58.66%, so as per criteria if you belong to general category you need to have 50% PCB aggregate, 45% in case of SC/ST/OBC, so you are eligible for NEET

If you wantto get a seat in mbbs in KArnataka via NEET through state counselling  then you need to get a domicile ecrtificate in Karnataka. Without a domicile ecrtificate you cannot get  a seat via state counselling. However you may get a seat via all india quota. I
